You need both files for installation.
Please follow the instructions of the manufacturer of your cell phone. You may also look up our installation instructions (in German). Maybe your cell phone is on the list.
If you don't mind online-costs and you want to install the programm directly on your cell phone, type in the following link in your cell phone's browser:
http://mob.gistum.com/ota/LiveWorld.jad
By this you will install LiveWorld on your phone directly "over the air".
The straight tip:
Install the program into the cell phone's memory, otherwise LiveWorld will disappear, when you change the memory card, e.g. when you are loading a new map production.
After the installation and before using the program do not forget to set the access rights for data use of LiveWorld. Otherwise the phone's operating system asks you for permission whenever LiveWorld wants to change the map or display information. This is really annoying!
After starting the program press the "Help-key 1" and you will see a short operation manual that helps you to get alog with the program after 2 minutes.
MapInstaller
Our map installer helps you to download productions and to install them on your cell phone. It is still a very early version (Version 0.4), but it works fine for the important task of installing maps.
